Claire's sleeping positions were quite entertaining when she was learning to crawl. You never knew which directions she would be facing or which end of the crib she would be huddled into. Here is a collection of pictures of Claire sleeping at night.
This is how she started out: well centered in the crib with bunny.
Somehow she would end up like this. Shane and I refered to it as "the broken neck." It was one of her favorite positions for quite some time. It made daddy REALLY nervous.
Sometimes she would be in the "broken neck" with bunny over her head.
We haven't seen her sleep like this in a while and we are so glad!
She went through a bumper hugging phase and would even hold on to the crib rail.
She always managed to scoot to the head of the crib and smush her head into the bumper. Little bunny always went with her.
Claire is not quite as active in her sleep. She has given up the "broken neck" and settled in on her tummy. She continues to sleep close to the crib bumper and hugs bunny all night.
